Standard Return Policy:
At Oasis Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Oasis Tees within 10 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
For larger orders, we strongly recommend to get a few samples first to check the quality of the products and to ensure that they meet your requirements. If a large order is returned, you will be responsible for freight charges both ways.
A refund will be issued in the same payment form as the original purchase transaction. Please allow 7 - 10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Oasis Tees reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15% or a flat fee of $10.00, whichever is higher.
How to return or exchange an item:
- First step to return something is to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.
- To request an RA number online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- To request an RA number by phone, call Customer Service at 800-681-8955.
- The RA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Send pre-authorized returns to the address provided on RA request
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Oasis Tees is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Oasis Tees is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- We realize that due to human involvement in order packing, there might be some mistakes. It is customer's responsibility to make sure they have received the correct sizes, colors and styles BEFORE decorating or using the product. If the order is being directly shipped to your decorator, please make sure they know what to expect in the order before decorating the order.
No Return/Exchange On:
- Any item that has been used, or washed.
- All custom made / decorated items.
- Items must be in sale able condition with all the labels and tags.
- Special Order merchandise.
- Oasis Tees Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We ship only to 48 contiguous states in the USA.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- We are a wholesale company and our prices are based on bulk orders, however, we are glad to process smaller orders. If you are ordering less than 12 pieces at a time, please do not expect a higher level of customer service, as the cost of freight and other services might be more than your order cost.
- Since we are offering first quality items at extremely low prices, we may not be able to re-ship one or two pieces for you, even if they are defective. At our discretion, we may refund you the amount for those defective items
- Pricing for each item is listed on the items page.
- You can mix colors and sizing any way you want.
- Whites are always cheaper than the colors.
- Sizes XXL through 5XL are usually more expensive than the regular sizes.
- We are a Wholesale Distributor, you are already receiving our lowest discounts offered on the products.
- If you need to place an order over $1,000 please request a quote.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

- Orders less than $1,000 are not considered bulk orders
All our shirts are first quality; we do not carry any seconds or Irregulars.
Special or Customized orders
- We are wholesalers, not the manufacturer. We can't make a custom shirt for you. We only carry the items you can find on our website.
- We offer screen printing, heat press and embroidery on our products.

No Customer Pickup
- In order to continue to provide you low prices, we don't have a customer counter at any of our locations. Our warehouses are not open to the public. No customer pickup or showroom.
Do we ship COD?
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice. All information provided by the manufacturers to Oasis Tees is deemed reliable, but without any warranty by Oasis Tees. Oasis Tees has no responsibility for a manufacturer's inability to supply merchandise.
While we have attempted to print the catalog and show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Oasis Tees and override any terms and conditions included on Purchase Orders.
Oasis Tees reserves the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice. All rights of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods from Oasis Tees shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia.
